A clear route to our team
Email engage@performancestimuli.com. Use the address you previously contacted us from where possible. Include enough context to locate the information, such as the approximate date and channel of your enquiry. Do not send identity documents or sensitive details with your initial request.
This form prepares an email on your device. It does not submit a request to our server. You must send the email from your email app, or copy the text into an email to the address above.
What happens next?
We review the request, seek proportionate verification where needed, and identify the records and relevant providers involved. Deletion rights may be subject to legal exceptions. We will explain the outcome and any information that must be retained, including the reason. We handle requests within the deadlines required by applicable law.
