The contact form and FAQ guide

When you submit the contact form, your name, email address, company, optional website, chosen service priority and message are sent through Cloudflare and Mailgun to our business inbox. We use these details to respond to your enquiry. Cloudflare Turnstile processes technical signals and your IP address to help prevent automated abuse. Enquiry emails have open and click tracking disabled. The website does not keep a separate database of submissions; enquiries are processed by our email providers and retained in our business inbox as needed for correspondence and record keeping.

Questions typed into “Ask Your Question” are matched locally to prepared answers. They are not sent to an AI provider or to our team. The conversation is held in the current page’s memory and resets when you navigate away or reload. The guide does not store your questions in browser local storage or cookies.

How information may be used

Information received through business correspondence is used to respond to enquiries, understand requirements, prepare proposals, manage agreed work and maintain relevant business records. Technical information supports website delivery, security and troubleshooting.

Optional advertising tags will be held until the relevant consent has been given. We will not treat continued browsing as consent. Customer-list uploads, advanced matching and server-side advertising integrations are not enabled in this website.

Cloudflare provides website hosting and security, including Turnstile form protection. Mailgun processes enquiry emails for delivery to our business inbox. These providers process information needed to operate their services. Where an engagement requires other providers, access should be limited to the relevant purpose and covered by appropriate arrangements. Links to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and other external websites take you to services with their own privacy practices. The social links in this site are ordinary links, not embedded advertising pixels.
