Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies are small files stored by a website in your browser. Pixels, tags and browser storage are related technologies that can help a service recognise a browser, remember choices or record activity. Their purpose and duration depend on the tool and its configuration.
What this website currently uses
The website code currently adds no advertising or analytics cookies and contains no Google Ads tag, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag or TikTok Pixel. Images and fonts are served with the site, rather than loaded from advertising providers.
The brief builder and FAQ guide use temporary page memory. They do not use local storage, session storage or cookies to save your entries. A downloaded brief is a file on your device, not a cookie.
The hosting platform may use essential technologies for sign-in, access control, delivery or security. These are separate from the advertising tools described below. No claim is made here that the hosting platform itself is cookie-free.
Advertising tools planned for the future
The following tools are planned, not currently active on this website. Final cookie names, providers, purposes and retention periods will be recorded when the actual implementation is selected and checked.
| Planned provider | Potential purpose | Provider information |
|---|---|---|
| Google Ads | Campaign measurement, conversion attribution and remarketing. | Google advertising technologies |
| Meta (Facebook & Instagram) | Advertising measurement and relevant audience delivery using tools such as Meta Pixel. | Meta Cookies Policy |
| Conversion measurement, website audiences and aggregated professional audience insights. | LinkedIn Insight Tag information | |
| TikTok | Campaign measurement, conversion matching and retargeting audiences. | TikTok Pixel and cookies |
Your consent controls
Use to accept optional categories, reject them, or save individual preferences. Analytics and advertising are off by default. No optional tools are active in this release: saving a preference does not install or activate a tracker.
Your choice is stored in this browser under ps-consent-v1 in local storage for up to six months. It records the categories, notice version and choice time, not your name or email. This storage remembers and respects your choice; it is not used for advertising. If browser storage is unavailable, the choice lasts for the page session and you may be asked again.
You may change or withdraw your choice at any time from the footer. On withdrawal we update the saved choice, clear recognised optional first-party cookies where accessible, and reload the page to stop previously loaded optional scripts. Cookies set on other domains cannot be removed directly by this website. Previously transmitted information is not automatically erased: use our privacy request route for that.
We do not treat continued browsing as consent. Browser preferences do not automatically apply to another device, browser or domain. Clearing site data also clears your saved choice.
Your browser and platform choices
You can review, delete or block cookies and site data through your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may affect sign-in or access to a private site. Choices are generally specific to a browser or device.
You can also review advertising preferences within your Google, Meta, LinkedIn or TikTok account. Those settings are managed by the relevant provider and do not replace any consent choices offered on this website.
External links
Opening a social-media or other external link takes you to a different website, which may set cookies under its own policy. Our footer links do not themselves embed those services’ advertising trackers.
